Define the three main requirements for process control and explain why each is important?

There are three different types of control that consider the internal control activities and includes preventive controls, detective controls, and corrective controls. The failure of the process control and the manufacturing control can cause the rework, product loss, product recall, and the decrease in the customer confidence. 1)      The clear characterization is required for the process to be determined well and to have an impact on the product, and the factors include numerical sensitivity, production speeds, and magnitude of the product.

2)      The samples plans should be defined to measure the process that how it is taken and how it works.

3)      All the process, control procedure, and metrology can be assured for the standardization of the whole process.
