Western general motors are facing
issues for the placement and storage of waste tires. The waste tire enforcement
program can be divided into two prolonged approaches. The statewide program is
available for the resources stored in the areas. The ongoing programs assist
the company and local resource management for the storage of waste. The
activities associated with the budgets and regulations are related to the
storage of tire elements and wastage in the company. In the present work,
workshop sustainability policy is considered for the storage of waste tires (Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019).
Laws and regulations of Engine Management systems
The overall mission of the report
is to develop an enforcement law related to the disposal of waste tires,
storage, and hauling of the used tires in the western general motors. The huge
number of waste tires in the company is about 45000. In the Victoria sites,
there are a higher number of tires wasted (Archive. epa. gov, 2018). The EPA license is
not providing sufficient regulations to reduce the failure of management. The
pollution abatement notice requires that the number of tires should be lower. The
company is receiving the notices of legal obligations under section 31 A (7) of
the Environment Protection Act 1970. The legal requirement of legal process is
for the protection of Victorian against the fire risks associated with the
stockpiles of EPA (Archive. epa. gov, 2018).
EPA guideline for storage of waste tire in Victoria of Engine
Management systems
In the premises of Victoria, the
company is storing 40 tonnes for the 5000 equivalent passenger units (EPU). The
process requires approval for the modification and development of EPA licenses.
The penalties of business are around $ 373, 104 for the environment protection
act 1970 (Epact) (Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019). The EPA work
approval is required for the storage of tyres and to minimize the fire risk or
hazards for the environment and health issues. The guideline of work is for the
safe storage of tires in both indoor and outdoor location. Two guidelines are
published including Metropolitan fire brigade and country fire authority. The other safe storage guidelines include open
air storage for the user and the new tires and indoor storage of all type tires
(Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019).
Identify and consult with stakeholder of Engine Management systems
The existing business should
complete EPA license for the supporting information and how it should support
the information. The proposal pathway is required to be improved based on
supporting information. The consultation and recommendations are represented
for the approval and planning (Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019).
The scope of policy and procedure of Engine Management systems
A new program is developed to
eliminate the issues of mismanagement of waste tires. The laws and regulations
are dealing with the management of all the waste tires in the company. The
typical features of the program are listed below,
Licensing of all the procedure
and raw material transportation in the company can control the amount of raw
material coming to the company.
The first state law of management
is used to address the management of waste tires. The laws and regulation of
states address typical rules and regulations for the scrap tire storage,
processing, and collection of waste. The estimated number of wastes tires are
helpful for the storage, processing, collection, and use of the waste materials
in the industry.
Revision of strategies of Engine Management systems

scrap tires in the shipment.
The financial assurance is
required especially to handle the waste tires, storage facilities, and scrap
handlers.
The area piled up with the waste
tires should be cleaned to provide a more feasible area for the production
process.
Development of an effective process of Engine Management systems
The existing business requires
the development of EPA license and it should provide the supporting
information. The work approval application is developed on the basis of
supporting information and it is required to submit a new strategy program for
the pathway of development of the company (Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019). The guideline is
mentioned below for the submission to the EPA,
Contact details of the company
with the stakeholders.
Site plans of the company for the
management of tires and waste material in the company.
The report for the bushfire prone
area that is used for the site operation and it can be performed for the
management of all the waste materials in the company (Epa. vic. gov. au, 2019).
The consultation and
recommendation are considered in the report to deal with the issues.
Conclusion on Engine Management systems
The present report deals with the
issues faced by the company in the management of wastage and brokerages. The
company is required to amend the EPA licenses and to develop a new guideline
for the management of waste material in the company.

Assessment task 3 of Engine
Management systems
Introduction of Engine
Management systems
In the present report, the issues
are addressed with the solution and how the issues can be resolved in the
appropriate ways. The solution to issues is based on the problems identified in
the previous report (Australian business. com. au, 2019). The functionality
of engines disturbs due to an electrical conductivity of the components of the
engine. The present report provides different approaches or the rectification
processes to reduce the faults.
Tools used for the diagnosis of
Engine Management systems
The tools and equipment used in
the analysis depend on the type of investigation. The electrical testers,
battery testers, multimeters, and timing analyzers are used to measure the
electrical system.
Steps of Engine Management systems
The electrical power probes are
used to measure the electoral current in the vehicle. Three probes are designed
for testing of electrical signals and these probes identify positive circuit,
negative circuit, and open circuits.
Symptom analysis of Engine Management
systems
The individual components of
vehicles that undergo to the electrical testing are switches, wires, and LED
lights in the vehicles. The testing by tools is for the improvement of
efficiency of the engine and components of the engine. The symptoms are listed
below,
Cranks are not working properly
The battery is showing the
problem
Small burning of electrical
insulation
Headlights are not working
properly
Root cause analysis of
Engine Management systems
Spark plugs are created to
provide initial power and to drive the pistons of the engine in up and down
direction. The root causes of issues include a blown fuse, spark plug issues,
dead battery, and the bad alternator.
Procedure
The first step to identify the
problem is to check the RPM level of the engine and if the electrical powers
are enough for the working conditions. The second step is to check the ground
connection of the car by using the ohmmeter. If the ground connection is
working correctly then there must be a fault inside the components. The hot
wires are faulty components and there is no voltage to pass through them. Trace
the fuse panel, relays, and other circuit breakers to find the voltages.
Recommendation of Engine
Management systems
Use a faulty oxygen sensor.
Change the faulty spark plugs on
a regular basis.
