                    We are going to start a hotel business with partners as proprietary limited business and select a name ABC for our business. We also claim for GST for our business. In our initial planning, we are going to appoint almost 25 employees including staff members and contractors. We obtain commercial property on leasing and make some adjustment for dining area outside. We plan to set a restaurant, a bar with proper licenses, a bottle shop and a café with outdoor setting. For stating business, we are going to take a licenses for the legal requirement by government.  In our report, we are discussing all the details that is important for getting licenses and all the laws and regulations that must be implemented for doing the business. So after determining all these legal issues, we can start our business without any disturbance and issue.

We are going to start proprietary limited business and in our business we also start restaurant, leasing option, café, bar and bottle shop. So first of all we have to get license of   all these areas.

For business of hotel business

        company is more complicated structure to start up and many legal and taxation obligations are going to involve in the company.                  the following license and permits are required to open restaurant. First of all, Government Issue license must be obtaining to operate legally. Also state government provide application procedure. For serving alcohol, we will required to get liquor license that include the rules of obtaining and keeping license.         Business who run without license can be ceased with its operations. And after getting the license the business can run freely. The infraction legally is deepening on the size, depth and location of the industry. Fines will have to be bear if no license going to be obtain by the business and additional fee also going to pay. But there is also possibility to law suit by the government sectors who issue license and business run with the permission or license. Due to this the reputation of the organization going to lost and it image going to be poor in front of its customers. Business also has to face many penalties if they are not issuing a license. This is going to discuss many major issues related to employment and their job descriptions, like job advertisement, recruitment, application and hiring, job assignment and promotions, pay and benefits, disciplines and discharge, employment reference, reasonable accommodation and disability, reasonable accommodation and religion, training and apprenticeship program.         There are also many obligations and rights related to employers and employees and they must be implemented within the organization and provide proper support to all employees that provide help and supporting hands for their services and payments.
