In the fastest growing world, the social groups of elder people are struggling so that they can participate in the society, as they are active and appreciated by the youngster in the society. Elder people are still earning because they do not want to be a burden on a society. However, elder people are very important in the society because they have the precious source of knowledge and helping the young generation to think about the different perspectives of life. Elder people are playing the positive role in the society, they are focused on tutoring, as tell new generation about events of the past society (Sung, Kim, & Torres-Gil, 2010).

            Elders are known as the supreme "guardians" in every culture because they teach their children about the familiar tradition or the precious believes or the customs of their own societies. Elder people are the potential source, in order to teach the people about the ethics of culture and society, but the environment is less supportive to them. For this purpose, they are hiring new talent that can prove to be clever and resourceful for them.
