chain management that how company focuses on the process improvement for the
profitability. This research study is related to investigating the functions of

instructors and for this purpose it have decided one independent variables
which is logistics management and the dependent variable is competitive
advantage. This research study is based on the secondary data which is proved

authors.

clear that the IT has been supplied. Chains have benefited in retailing stores.
To solve this difference, using IT in logistics and supply chains to compete
with this study, literature is regularly evaluated. It imagines the use of IT
inside Logistics and supply chains to gain competitive advantage based on the
characteristics of communication, alignment and agility. It is concluded by the
various research studies the logistics management have direct relationship with
the competitive advantages of the Wal-Mart.
The management of the Wal- Mart
can achieve the loyalty and satisfaction level of their customers by using the
logistics management. It is concluded as well it have not found a as it is
literature about the construct of the study so the related literature was the
base of study.
It have not selected all
retailing stores because to conducting the analysis of all retailing stores are
too difficult. It has not use quantitative research method because this
research study was based on secondary data. Secondary data is used for the
research because to collecting the data from the management of the Wal-Mart is
so difficult for this academic research.
Recommendation

On the basis of findings of this
study, it is recommending that policy makers should create that polices by
which the level of logistics management can be enhancing in the retailing
stores. So, the mangers can pay more
attention towards customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. To evaluating competitive advantage different methods can be used
including Pestel analysis, Swot and porter five force.
It is recommended that mangers
must be assured that the information about the product they are giving is
welcomed by the customers and will be used to improve loyalty of the customers;
otherwise they are unlikely to take the rating process seriously. Mangers need to educate provide the
awareness to the customers in effective ways of giving precise feedback that
addresses specific aspects of their experience. Managers need to continually
assure customer throughout, that the ratings will be used for productive
changes in Wal-Mart and that there will be no chance of retribution to the customers.
