The safety training program is to
provide training to the employees about emergency situations. In the training
program, trainers will provide information to the employees about how they can
avoid potential harm and save themselves from the fire in the organization,
terrorist attack, and natural disasters. The program will be divided into 3
major sessions of safety from fire training session, terrorist attack safety
training, and natural disaster safety training sessions. The total duration for
the training session is 3 working days.

I will conduct the need
assessment by using the questionnaire method. At the first, I will develop the
short questionnaire about the safety measures in the situation of emergency.
Then I will distribute the questionnaire to all employees and collect their
response. Through this, I will assess their understanding of the right safety
measures. According to their responses, I will select what type of information
are not in the knowledge of the employees that I have to cover through the
training program. While for the organization and task I will collect
information from the internet through research method to understand how
important safety training is for the employees who are working in the chemical
industries.

The training program is the basic
need of the organization. Employees in the organization directly interact with
the chemicals, therefore, there is the risk for the employees related to
flaming in the chemical. While terrorist attacks and natural disasters are also
common in the country to remain safe in such disasters it is important to
provide knowledge to the employees about the best safety measures.

In case of disaster or any
emergency like fire in chemicals, the life of employees can be at stake. All
employees of the organization are not familiar with the best measures to handle
such situations and reach at the safe place without getting harm (Kirkpatrick,

The task of the employees is
related to the chemical testing, and packing of the chemicals to sell out in
the market. The task is highly risky therefore there is a need to provide
training to the employees about how they have to work with the chemicals.
