research is “the critical role of employees in achieving organizational
success”. The primary reason to select this topic is that employees are the
most valuable and critical assets of an organization. If an organization wants
to achieve its goals and objectives, then they should have employees with
relevant skills, capabilities, experience as well as motivation &
commitment to get the job done. This topic is very crucial for every business
student as one day; they will have to understand the importance of employees,
even when they will operate their own business, or when they become employees
of any business organization. In both cases, it is important for students to
understand that what critical role is played by employees in achieving
