Communication has significant importance in the
organizations to reduce conflicts, ensure effective decision, and successfully
operations at the workplace and in the market. In fact, organizational
performance directly depends upon the Internal Managerial communication system
of the organization. Before preceding towards communication plan recently
employed communication processes and procedure will be analyzed in detail to
find out the gaps and limitations for improvement. Considering currently
available challenges for internal managerial communication system a new communication
plan will be developed for the organization to help the organization gain its
goals of a strong market position and an increase in customer satisfaction.
Objective of

The communication plan will have some specific objective for
the accomplishment of which all the activities will be carried out in the organization.
Objectives are in general related to the overall success of the communication
plan, and organizational success in the market. The main objectives of this
project are to:
Ensure clear communication channels for internal staff
Demonstrate a new communication plan required to increase
the reputation of the company
Develop an effective communication system for the strategic
plan, vision, and values of Gulf Seafood.

Analysis present that currently more than 69% of employees
and managerial staff are not enough linked with each because of poor
communication system employed in the Gulf Seafood company. Such a situation
indicates the possible limitations and gaps in the communication system of Gulf
Seafood Company that need to be managed with proper communication processes and
procedure.

The company is facing a number of great challenges regarding
communication system such as communication barriers between employees and
management, long hierarchies, and decentralized communication system. Such
challenges can prevent the company from getting a better reputation in the
market. Conflicts and poor decision caused by the poor communication system of
an organization can reduce profitability and customer satisfaction in the
market. The project report will further
discuss other communication challenges for Gulf Seafood internal managerial
system.
Recommendations of

How challenges can be controlled and how betterment can be
ensured are important questions. The company wants to bring betterment in
internal managerial communication. For instance, the staff member can provide
feedback opportunity and proactive approach to sharing values and information
within companies. Furthermore, the analysis will present more recommendations
to overcome gaps and limitations. While making recommendations important
consideration is to only recommend applicable and actionable suggestions
regarding internal managerial communication system of Gulf Seafood Company.

Results will be developed in the light of available
communication challenges and possible communication plan. After analysis
recommendations will be carried out and results will conclude how these
recommendations and communication regarding feedback and flexible communication
system between managerial staff and employees can affect current communication
system, customer satisfaction, market reputation, mission, positioning,
competitive position, and goals achievement chances of Gull Seafood Company.

a communication system with some challenges that need to be addressed. For this

developed in the light of all the limitations and challenges of communication
