In the modern time, business organizations work in highly competitive market therefore, organizations count every possible factor that can influence their business practices. Likewise, in the modern time, employees are regarded as the most treasured asset for any organization therefore, organizations adopt various strategies to meet the highest level of their employees satisfaction by realizing the fact that employees has a direct impact on the performance of the organization and satisfied employees are the loyal employees that perform well. Likewise, in the modern time, the organization behavior has been given great importance because good relationship of the management with the employees helps the organization to meet its goals and objectives effectively [1].

In the middles eastern region it is the largest fast food restaurants chain as it has 1800 restaurant that are operating all over the middle east. The organization has earned good name in the market for their high quality food products that are considered reliable by the customers. The business has been currently working in 20 countries of the world with a large number of 60,000 employees. In the success of the organization, the employees have played vital as they enable the organization to meet their objectives as well as to grow all over the world. Subsequently, organizational behavior has great importance for the organization and management of the company uses various techniques, tools and strategies to improve the experience of their employees. However, still company has been facing some issues in context of organizational behavior [3].

The company has been focusing on the global growth and currently it is running its business in 29 countries of the world. The company has found it difficult to sustain the organizational growth outside the home region. The major issue faced by the organization is due to the cultural difference among the diversified work force. The company has been facing problems in effectively dealing with their employees because in every new region they have people of different culture, speak different language and have different characteristics. Therefore, it becomes hard for the organization to manage the organizational culture and facing challenges in providing healthy working environment to their employees.

After establishing globalized branches of American group, the company’s management started to face employees related issues even they were attempting to provide a healthy environment to their employees but still they are failed to effectively manage a large number of employees that are 60,000 in numbers [4].
The company is working in 29 countries where they have to deal with different employees therefore in every different country there are different rules regulations as well as different norms and values are being practiced due to which the employees also have different cultural, social, regional and religious norms and values. While working within the organization the company has to face employees’ related issues in terms of employees’ conflicts [5].

Tesco is one of the largest retailing store of Europe in terms of revenue opted to move in America in 2007 and with billions of pounds investment it opened hundreds of Tesco stores. Tesco struggles 5 years till 2012 but it failed to earn its place in the USA market and finally Tesco sold its stores to an American business and faced billions of dollars loss. In later investigation about the failure of Europe’s most successful store in USA, It was found that the company failed to manage its organizational culture due to the diversified work force as well as it failed to understand the difference between the UK and USA culture that lead the company to massive failure [6].

In case if organization, opted to hire all the employees from the local market, then it is possible that the issue associated with the diversified workplace will be no more. However, in this situation, company might lose their control on the business process and at the same time, through this aspect, it is the possibility that the quality which is the trade market of the company might be compromised. Therefore, there is great risk to go with the solution 1 because organization cannot compromise on its quality.

According to the second solution, if organization opted to hire all the employees from the home country then the major benefit for the company could be appeared as the employees will be satisfy and will not face any kind of cultural conflict issues. Likewise, in this manner, the company can also contribute largely in providing employment opportunities to the people from the home land and can contribute in reducing unemployment rate. Moreover, with this solution, the company can also maintain its control over the business that could be used to ensure the quality of the product.
However, there is a major issue in this solution that if all the employees are from the home country then the cost of managing employees will increase at great extent because there are 60,000 employees of the company and company cannot bear the traveling and residence expense for all.

The third solution seems very effective to deal with the issue of cultural diversification. In the modern business world, the work-force diversity has great importance for every organization because through this practice an organization can built a team of most competent workers. However, cultural diversification crates issues in context of challenging organizational behavior, but these challenges are manageable. Furthermore, if company opted to introduce a new code of ethics in which they focus the needs and interest of the diversified workforce and following this provide a behavioral training then the company can overpower the cultural issues and can help the employees to increase cultural harmony and cultural tolerance that can make situation suitable for all.
There is one drawback that the companies have to bear some expense in terms of organizing behavioral training.

In the analysis of the aforementioned potential solutions it is found that the solution one has great risk as company might lose control over its product quality that will create future issues. Likewise, the second solution seems attractive but at the same time, the financial expense of the company will increase at large which is not possible for the company therefore solution cannot be a preferred solution. The third solution of increasing multicultural harmony among the employees through behavioral training programs holds some water as it would allow employees to understand the importance and benefits of working in a diversified working environment. However, to organize behavioral training, the company might have to incur some expense but these are not as high as it is required to manage 60,000 employees by providing them traveling and residential facilities. Moreover, it is not regular investment but company can take long term benefits through behavioral training in terms of building good relationship among the employees that might increase employees working collaboration and will have a direct impact on the performance of the organization.

For the implementation of solution 3 to deal with the diversified cultural issue within the organizational culture, the management has to start behavioral training program that will be of 10 hours and every employees has to complete it within 2 weeks. Moreover, the training will be provided after every six months. In case if an organization found someone violating the code of ethics then management will decide about the re-training and after some warning the company will have the right to fire the employees who will be caught in continuous violation of code of ethics.
