Cinescape is making a significant
investment that results in an increase of experience and number of plans are
executed to improve the movie-going experiences of the workers in the
workplace. The company is making significant financial and other investments
that enhance the number of cinemas in the whole of Kuwait by 2022 (Deadline. com, 2018). The effective
strategies of the company are to develop cutting edge designs and innovative
technology to exceed the expectations of visitors regarding services and
facilities (Deadline. com, 2018; Barco. com, 2014).

Cinescape is among the best
Cinema’s in Kuwait however it does not mean that Cinescape have never faced any
problem. One of the major issue that the Cinema face is the customer
satisfaction. The customer who visit the cinema have to wait in long lines when
they want to purchase drinks or pop corns. It means that Focusing on the needs
& preferences of customers is significant to gain customer satisfaction.
Another major issue is to enhance the revenue so that the cinema can sustain
its growth for longer period of time. Customers are always looking for
something new & improved and it is up to the management of the corporation
to realize the need for change (Spender, 2014).
