The
trade war between China and America has been
started from a long time ago from the era of Bush, and after then it never comes to an end due to
trading issues between these countries. But in the era of Trump china puts an additional tariff on each product. These tariff rates have a great impact on the
future economy of the United States of
America. From the last year, China has
put a massive tariff on many products that have
been exported by united stated of America.
Both
of these countries are in a huge trade
war. Due to this, both countries were
hitting each other with a massive tariff
on trading. The china put new tariff after Trump has to increase tariff on Friday. China has applied 34 billion US
dollar tariff on each product that is related to soybean, fish, whiskey, orange
juice, and pork. These goods are highly
affected by tariff put by China (Bryan, 2018).
Before
the tariff, the cost of Grains and grain
derivatives was 50% lower. The price is around 17 million dollars. But after China applied a tariff
on this kind of products like flour, corn,
etc. the tariff rate has been increased, and due to this,
the farmers are affected in great amount. Due to this tariff rate, many farmers are affected in great
amount. But not just the farmers are affected.
It has been
seen that many schools buildings or other buildings that contain wood
products. The tariff has been increased in different grain products like wheat, corn
and rich. Due to this tariff America has been greatly affected because of
this trade war. Many American are affected due to this tariff rate on grain
products because of Trump’s response to China
(Blumberg, 2018).
