Change management
describes the process of changing the programs to move individual, group, and
teams in the company. It is the process of renewing the direction for
employees. It is not possible to bring change with single activity. However,
there should also change in the work as well as in the rules of management to
achieve the goals.

is an IT-based organization which works on software development from many
decades in India. The HCL had 30% growth rate but still was at a risk due to
their competitor's high growth rate. The organization was less efficient as
compared to other competitors due to the lack of advancement. Customers were

intervention brings changes in the organization. Sometimes, the changes are
demanded by the system to carry on the work, it is called Reactive changes. Another
one is Proactive changes, which is not compelled by the system or organization.

changes refer to the method which is adopted by the organization to make
changes to adjust local requirement. Some changes are beneficial for the
organization but in some cases, organization and employees fail to learn with
changes.
Planned
changes are brought about to compensate any deficiency or which are necessary
to adapt with the time passage. Reactive plans are compulsory, that’s why
management convert policies of work according to requirement. Unplanned or proactive plans are not
necessary to adopt but these continue with time to time.
