        Change management describes the process of changing the programs to move individual, group, and teams in the company. It is the process of renewing the direction for employees. It is not possible to bring change with single activity. However, there should also change in the work as well as in the rules of management to achieve the goals.

            HCL is an IT-based organization which works on software development from many decades in India. The HCL had 30% growth rate but still was at a risk due to their competitor's high growth rate. The organization was less efficient as compared to other competitors due to the lack of advancement. Customers were not ready to deals with the company, which use discrete services. In that situation, it was hard to stay stable for the company.

        Planned changes are brought about to compensate any deficiency or which are necessary to adapt with the time passage. Reactive plans are compulsory, that’s why management convert policies of work according to requirement.  Unplanned or proactive plans are not necessary to adopt but these continue with time to time.
