The evaluating process which is producing
a failure in the communication, then it’s analyzing a communication among the inter-departments
which score is at the department’s level. For the entire company, we determined
that interdepartmental communication is the major issues. Sometimes different departments
have a low agreement of level by the same items. There are the following factors which could subsidize
to the poor communication among the departments;

Methodology
on NESA Company
The research study is conducted
by using the Qualitative research methods. Qualitative research method is leads
towards the understanding of the basic reasons and opinions which is used for
the help of developing the new and innovative ideas in the research and for
quantifying the attitudes, behaviors and opinions. Observations and Interviews
are used for collecting the data in qualitative research method and then the
results can be suitably compared, summarized and generalized. This method is
used for explaining, describing, understanding, and exploring the phenomenon of
the research (Greener, 2008).
The qualitative research design
is the type of the research design that is selected due to low resources and
less time. This research study is aimed as for measuring the communication
problems in the inter departments of the NESA Company. The secondary source of
the data is used in the research study. The secondary data is that which was collected
from the preexisting resources to evaluate the communication problems in this
company. For extracting the required information from NESA the qualitative
research method has been employed in this study. For analyzing the communication
problem in the inter departments of the NESA the extensive use of informal
interviews has been made by the researchers along with serval other resources
that are sued by the employs of organization. The reports of the NESA is also
used as the secondary data in this organization.
Recommendations to strengthen the interdepartmental
communication along with collaboration in NESA Company
Now there is the following recommendation
that is the strength of interdepartmental communication, which is also collaborating
in NESA Company .Then, first of all, identify the cause and the information
required by other departments, then decide proper workflows (Scotter & et al, 2000). Then also motivate
each department to share information between one another generally. The other
recommendation about the strength of interdepartmental communication, make
easily accessible documents for essential information so that other departments
will be easier to understand. The last recommendation about the strength of
interdepartmental communication Schedule for regular meetings and discussions
between different departments.

The conclusion from this business
project is that NESA Company needs to realize the importance of maintaining the
interdepartmental communications among its employees. The reason is due to by
doing this; NESA Company will able to prevent the effects of poor
interdepartmental communication and get the benefits from it. For this reason, NESA
Company really has to identify all the reasons that cause poor
interdepartmental communication to appear within its employees. This is quite
