dictatorship in the country by encouraging all possible factors that stand for
the democratic government establishment and fair elections in the country.

advertisement. Democracy fund is running advertisement campaign with the help

Facebook page, Twitter and other social media platforms. While we can see their
ads in our print media also.

Job position
that I am applying for is Internship Job. I think I am good for this position
as I am already studying all relevant subjects in my regular classes of
educational institute. According to my point of view qualification and interest
in the relevant field is enough to be selected as the intern in any
organization. My qualification and skills (learned from my previous
experiences) are according to the criteria of the company. The company was
requiring internship candidates with the strong educational background and
minimum qualification of 14 years, while degree should be relevant to the job
position, advanced skills in the information technology. I am just according to
this criterion; therefore, I am applying for this job.

good fit for the company?
I
am the good fit for the company as my skills and educational background, in
short, my all qualification meets with the mission of the company. According to
the mission of the company, they prefer to have an employee with the skills of
creativity and innovation. The candidate must have the idea about the
advantages of democratic government and how we can promote the campaign of
democratic government concept in the market. Therefore, the employee will be
able to work with the marketing team, management team and financing team. Thus,
I am able to work with Democracy fund to promote the
concept of democracy through legal ways.

I
think I will find conversation with the employees and peer staff the most
difficult. According to my observation, I am an introvert person who may feel
it difficult to fit in the open and social environment. Therefore, work related
to direct marketing is difficult and not good for my personality.
10. The time when proved
competence.
During
my stay, I faced many ups and downs. While I ever tried to work hard in order
to overcome the issues. For instance, during my 2 weeks at the workplace, I
find out an issue. My supervisor asked me that they had the burden of work
today, therefore, I have to work till late night. I worked for more than 20 hours
without taking rest and ended up the tasks.
11. What kind of things do
you worry about?
I feel worried
about the common trend of corruption in the workplace as people are not
interested to work with honesty. Most of the time employees do work wrong just
because of lack of their interest. In the finance department, such laziness and
work avoidance behaviors create problems.
12. The time when realized
a mistake.
I realized the
mistake in a number of times during my stay there. For instance, I misbehaved
with a coworker (female) just because of my discriminated behavior. It could a
conflict but she tackled the situation. While after sometimes I realized my
mistake and apologized to her.
13. Biggest
failure and learning
My
biggest failure was related to a marketing campaign. I suggested the marketing
management that they should use social media platforms also as the tumbler. We
started the campaign on tumbler also that was proved as failed because of
limited response by people. Through failure, I learned that before taking any
step towards marketing we must check the trend of the audience and platform.

Yes, I think so
it’s just according to my abilities.

boss/professor you’ve ever had.
The
worst Boss I had was Mr. John. He was worst because he was involved in the
illegal activities and because of this, he fired an employee who was going to
speak up against him.
16. How important is
salary to you?
Salary
is not much important for me. Something that matter to me is work experience
and learning opportunities. While salary that meets the market, standard is
acceptable to me.
17. How do you feel about
working overtime?
I don't like to
work overtime. I think one should try to complete work within time if the
burden is more than daily capacity and duties of a person than the company
should hire another person to share the workload.

would explain that I am keenly interested in this job position and I think so
man can perform the duties and tasks well in which he feels interested. Without
interest, the employee does the job with the high rate of mistakes and show
poor performance level.
