For the industry of the petro
chemical Ethylene is considers as the basic raw material. It is producing ion
wide rage worldwide but its production capacity is growing continuously. The coke is producing by many other unwanted
reactions at the reactions of the high temperature. The research study is focusing to investigating the oxidative conversion of
propane for ethylene and propylene by using the water and limited amount of the
oxygen over Sr. The major focus of the research study is to developing the
process for the production of Ethylene by using the Oxidative Dehydrogenation
of Ethane. The reviews of the several studies are discussed in the second
chapter of the research study which re discusses the various points of the
different authors who have conducted their research study for supporting this
topic.
The experimental methods techniques is used to defining
the methods of the research. The block diagram is draw by using process flow
diagram. It is also known as the main
block diagram of the ethane that how it will converted into Ethylene with the
help Oxidative Dehydrogenation process of Ethane. In the first step of the
process the ethane gas moves towards the heat exchangers network chamber. There
are four major phases which are conducted to measuring the development process
of the Ethylene. After following the all of these phases the Ethylene is
formed. These all four phases are
screening, site work, negotiation and finalization. This is the chemical
process plant, in which the ethane gas is converted into ethylene by the
process of Oxidative Dehydrogenation process. The environmental impact can be
minimized with the help of proper waste management process.
