The next step is to define the problem, and in the movie, the problem was to design the kitchen for the McDonald restaurant before starting the business. The problem was to build that kind of kitchen that is able to make a burger in less than 30 seconds. They have to design such a kitchen for the restaurant through which a burger can be formed in less than 30 seconds. The next step is about ideate; for this, they work on generating the ideas for the problem. This can be done through perfect planning about the problem. For these different views will be taken into analysis. The next step for the design thinking process is one of the most important steps, and that is about making a prototype of the required problem.

            In the Founder movie, they have used the prototype step in detail. In the movie, the two brothers make a prototype according to the design of the problem. In that movie, they have made a prototype on the tennis court. On the tennis court, the employees have made the prototype of the kitchen with the help of chalks. Different sections of the kitchen are drawn on the tennis court with the help of chalk and then tested how they can easily make a burger in just 30 seconds. These sections were added and removed by the owner on the basis of the kitchen requirement. The idea was good that he drew different sections of the kitchen with the help of just chalk and then added or removed it. The last step was not shown in the movie that is about testing. The just made the kitchen and restaurant and implemented their idea.

The founder movie is about the founder of one of the biggest fast food restaurant in the world that is McDonald. This movie is a proper biography of the McDonald company owner, with detail story. In that movie, there is a complete demonstration of the owner of McDonald that how he purchase that restaurant from the two brothers that were the real founder of that restaurant. The director and the story writer relate this biography in a quite comprehensive and impressive way for the viewer that they can easily enjoy that movie and know the real story behind this restaurant. In that movie the director describes the whole story about the Ray Kroc, that person started his career by selling paper cups and other milkshake machines to different restaurants. Then after this, he joined the group of two brothers named as Dick and Mac, they had started the restaurant in 1955.

            The name of the restaurant was McDonald, and it was owned by two brothers. He started to do a partnership with the two brothers. This brother trusted him blindly and shared almost everything about the restaurant with him. This brother took him into their business and shown everything, about the restaurant how they make burgers in just 30 seconds on the board. Then Ray Kroc analyze everything about that business in detail and worked dawn to dusk. He took 5 long years to purchase that company from the two brothers. He purchased that company from them through deceiving approach and apply all their ideas on this company. He purchased that company from them in 1961. He was such a genius person and applied his own operational guidelines to in that company, and after some years he was able to transform that restaurant into one of the biggest fast food restaurants in the world. In 1984 this company became the largest restaurant in the world.

            The founder movie is related by the concept of Simon Sinek of the golden circle. The director of the movie describes his concept in a comprehensive way with proper detail. The golden circle has three circles with different radius. These three circles are extremely important for making any business stronger and stay in the market for a long period of time. The largest circle is about “what,” that what is your business is about. What that company is involved in, what kind of products and services that the company is selling to others. In founder movie, they told about the product and services of the McDonald Company in detail.

            The next circle is about the “How.” This concept was implemented in that movie in quite an impressive way. In that movie, they showed that these two brothers apply the design thinking process. They have shown the prototype of their kitchen in that movie. That tells about how this company will perform and complete the job in less number of time with perfection. They have drawn the kitchen with the help of chalk on the tennis court.

            That shows the complete sections of the kitchen, so this prototype was able to solve their question of how they will make a burger in less than 30 seconds. Then the last circle is about why, and that is the smallest circle in Simon Sinek’s golden circle concept. This circle is used in that movie in very little amount. This circle is used in just one scene of the movie when these two brother held a meeting with Ray Kroc. They told him why they are going to open that restaurant because they want to show them fast food will help to solve the issue of cooking. In their conversation, they have implemented that concept.

Why the company decline and how they reach back to success?

            There is some important reason for the declining of the McDonald Company after Ray Kroc purchased that company from the two brothers who was the true owner of that franchise. Then after some time he uses their concepts and applies it on their company. In the start of the movie the director has demonstrated the role of Ray in detail and how he met with that brother. They have started their business with the name of McDonald. Then after this these brothers gave him a tour to their restaurant kitchen, in that kitchen, the Ray analyzed that what is the total and main requirement of the success of any business in the market. Ray has analyzed each and everything in detail that if the employees of the company are active so that they can easily increase the revenue of the company.

            Then after this, he has made his own restaurant and became competitive of McDonald in the market. He has applied his own concept in the company and due to this food quality become worst. This will hit that brother in great amount, and due to Ray’s effort, the market value of McDonald went down. The situation becomes extremely terrible for these two brothers that they have to sell that company to Ray then after this Ray converted that name from McDonald's to the McDonalds Corporation.

            Then after a few years, he has applied his steps and the idea of two brothers in his company. Then after this with the help of his efforts that the company again become competitive in the market. This is just because of his activities and his entrepreneur skills in their restaurant and turns that restaurant into one of the largest restaurants in the world. This is the main story of the McDonald that how they fall down and then after this how they come back in the market.

What was the role of the product manager about the movie?

            The role of a product manager is really special in the movie. This is because through the help of product manager the McDonald have made his name in the market. They work on improving the quality of products so that the customer is able to buy and eat their burgers. The product manager role was played by Dick in the movie. He was involved in applying the design thinking process for making his burger with quality and less amount of time. In the movie, the director shows some steps of the design thinking process and shows how the project manager implement that steps for making the right amount of product for the company.

            In that movie they show the prototype of the kitchen in detail, he has drawn the prototype on the tennis court with the help of chalk. In the particular scene, when these two brothers gave him a visit to McDonald’s kitchen. That shows how the product manager was involved in setting up all the tasks in the kitchen.  He shows that the manager is involved in completing the Burger in less amount of time with proper quality. Due to his efforts, the McDonald was able to put a great mark in the fast food market in less amount of time.
