The advertisement is about a casual Italian dish, Capellini or Angel Hair. Obviously, the ad is for products of Barilla, Marinara Sauce and Angel Hair. The ingredients of Angel Hair include Barilla sauce and Barilla angel hair. It means that for eating the delicious dish presented in the ad, the viewer first has to purchase both of the listed Barilla products.

            The ad featured by Barilla is very effective in influencing viewers because it is connecting with viewers at an emotional level rather than just advertising the products.

            The coloring scheme of this advertisement is what plays an important role in influencing the viewer because it is very different from the normal advertisements that have vibrant colors and look lively. The overall color is off-white with blue color being prominent at the bottom. However, this ad is exhibiting a relaxed feeling that makes the viewer perceive the ad with a smile. This fact is supported by the characters featured in the ad.
