The Conspiracy Theories of Area 51

            Area 51 known as the Air Force of the United States which is also part of Edwards Air Force base. Area 51 has always been isolated from the public. The United States government even also never allowed anyone to enter the area without legal authorization. Area 51 is situated in near the west coast of Nevada region, about 83 miles distances from Las Vegas, precisely at the area called Grooms Lake. The area has inspired numbers of conspiracies since people always curious of what activities the government does in this mysterious area. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was required to release the site of Area 51 regarding the Freedom of Information Law which lets the people gain access archives of legislative activities. Area 51 has been identified as one on the list of government confidentiality things. This is due to the location of Area 51 which is in Nevada but consider to be quite far from the famous city in the region, Las Vegas. The government also often make the activities in this area remain as secrets which the public unable to get in touch with (Merlin).

            However, the government of the United States eventually had to release the document files of Area 51 due to it was mentioned in the United States regulations. The documents indicated that the area was chosen as an area for the CIA along with the United States Air Force and security executives to conduct specific experiments. The documents also presented a map which showed its accurate position as well. There were many conventions from the public around Area 51 and why the government had to close the area. One of them mentioned that the public rumored that Area 51 would be the residence of the aliens if they will come to the Earth someday. Another assumption from the public is that they really believe that the government has filmed on the event of the moon landing. However, of course, the United States government denied all these things. The government stated that they decided to hide the Area 51 from the public due to they were using it as an air force base and they thought that it is better to keep the area as a secret from the public (Darlington).

            Some people still believe that Area 51 hides the celestial activities of the United States government. In simple words, the public believes that the aliens really exist inside and around Area 51. Certain theorize even stated that the aliens are the actors behind the whole things with their objective to make “a human-alien hybrid,” due to they are unable to reproduce on their selves, and that is why they need human to help them in this condition. The assumption roaming around the public is that the government created the Area 51 to rescue alien knowledge such as UFOs to use it for their objectives in the future.  The public assumed that the government had sent some pilots to steal the technology from alien and apply it for their benefit to fight with the aliens, then they will capture the survival aliens to use in some experiments. In the other hand, some people also come along with the theory about how aliens kidnap human to conduct some experiments on them as well (Krasner).

            In the year of 1990, the open up documents detailed that the objective which mended at Roswell was really a balloon that designed for the purpose of an investigation project named with “Project Mogul.” They believe that the endure balloon tale was actually a detraction story to cover the hidden project. The people who believe in UFOs stated that the Army Forces actually rescued an alien artifact. They think that the government of the United States made up a fake story for the people and whacking the alien spaceship which collided at Roswell, New Mexico. They believe that the government conducts some celestial experiments from the spacecraft and that they were eventually success to get and use the technology from it as well. Many people in the United States claimed that they have grasped a UFO crossed over the state of Washington DC. Some media even have broadcasted that the government had secured the rest of an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) (Morcan and Morcan). However, the United States Army immediately declared to the public that it was not UFO; instead, it was just a simple endure balloon.

            These views of USOs extended not only as aliens, but the people also assumed that UFOs were the government airplanes which were being experimented and incidentally seen by the public. Of course, the United States Air Force totally denied about aliens presents, aliens technology, and anything that related to the alien's matters which have been rumoring around the public. However, this action from the Air Force created further ridiculous conspiracy theories from the public. Even though the government of the United States always denied the conspiracy theories around Area 51 many times, but the public seems to not believe in any explanations from the government. Major Bolden as the chief of NASA even clearly stated that there is no alien in Area 51 as the people always assumed. He gave entirely extend description that Area 51 was the site for the spy aircraft project of the United States government and there are no aliens living there (Hill). There were also interviews on the people who worked in the area, and they never mentioned anything about the alien. There are many things that the public unable to understand regarding conspiracy theories. For example, if there were any aliens in Area 51, why would they come to that place out of other places in the Earth? And if there was a crash of alien aircraft, then obviously there must be aliens or at least an alien pilot inside that aircraft, where are they?

                The real and actual information about Area 51 is actually started from the event in April 1955 when Tony LeVier, a Lockheed trial pilot observed for a remote area to examine the U-2. Then, the Grooms Lake was selected as a perfect location for that, and in August 1955, the U-2 presented its first aerospace from Grooms Lake. That experiment was the first aerospace test launched that took place in Area 51. In the year of 1962, exactly in April, the first A-12 Blackbird had flight trial at Grooms Lake. Later on, in February 1982, the F-117A Stealth Fighter got its first chance to fly, also at the Grooms Lake. Although other aerospace trials still never been revealed for the public that does not supposed to mean that they did not really happen. Just about all prove that related to the conspiracy theories about alien aircraft do not have a proper backup or reliable data on them. Plus, the United States government also responsible for making these ridiculous conspiracy theories of UFO to distract people from their official spy plans. Nowadays, Area 51 is known as the home-based to the newest top-secret of the Aurora airplane along with the other airplanes in previous and present days. So, we could say that it was totally mistaken if the people assumed that Area 51 as the base for any celestial experiments or the base for the government to hide an alien spaceship. Area 51 is actually a base for the United States government to shelter their undisclosed army aircraft (Yenne).
