The report has described the experience of
teamwork which we assigned to complete about the automobile company which is
Freeman automobile design LLC that design the parts of the automobile. However,
the main focus is to determine the role of management as cultivating employees according
to their responsibility and efficient management which is important for the
development of a company. The teamwork is an important and efficient activity
that connected employees under the same umbrella of objectives, goals, and aims
and also improve the efficiency of work (Hanaysha and Jalal, Testing the effects of employee
empowerment, teamwork, and employee training on employee productivity in
higher education sector.").
However, we organized as a team to have a focus
on the efficiency of teamwork in Free Automobile company. Although, teamwork is
efficient because it is not possible for an individual to evaluate all aspects
of the company but other problems also raised due to the different people
belonging from different countries with their specific culture. Moreover, this
teamwork is efficient as each member is assigned different aspects of the company
such as cultivate employees, different problems and their awareness.
Furthermore, different aspects, gaps, and benefits of teamwork in Freeman automobile
Company.
This project is efficient for us because we
know about the efficiency and importance of teamwork which is a great platform
of learning which enhanced the information from different aspects from
different members of the team.
Establishing
the group of automobile company
For the efficiency of
the project about the employee cultivating in Freeman automobile company, a
group is assigned. We had 5 in a group belonging from different countries and
culture. Therefore, the work is divided equally among all the members of the group
which made the task easy and simple for all members and sharing all information
regarding the topic. However, in a group leader play an important role that
leads the group efficiently. In this project, we select that person as the
leader who met from the manager of the company and then we divided all work equally (Brock and Sabra).
In teamwork, different
skills and knowledge were used for the effectiveness of the project. During the
project, we communicated with each other through WhatsApp that enhance the
efficiency of communication because each aspect is discussed among all members
of the group equally. Moreover, some ethics and protocols also established that
limited the members to behave gently without discrimination on the basis of a different
culture.
In the meanwhile, the
team changed its process because initially work is not distributed equally. As
some of us did more effort than others and we decoded the work is distributed
equally. Furthermore, our group read different research papers, articles, and
theories for the feedback of their work.
Strengths
and challenges of automobile company
Although, working as a group is a good
experience but we suffered from some challenges during the project due to
diversified people belonging from different cultures. Because different people
have different thoughts according to their culture and it is difficult for all
members to agree on the same point which was a difficult and challenging
situation for us. Due to this diversified people in the group, the
communication was an issue because everyone has different language and speaking
style. But such challenges were not the ones, which one cannot overcome. We
kept trying hard to understand each other and made sure that everything goes
fine regardless of any difference of opinion.
Although, it was certainly challenging for
us to deal with the diversification in the group as often it has been observed
that when there is diversity in the group and people are from different
cultural backgrounds, then various issues can arise such as hate and
discrimination towards each other. But luckily, this wasn’t the case with our
group as we did not practice any discrimination with each other. All group
members were assigned their parts to participate in this activity, and everyone
did so without creating any trouble. Even the group members used this diversity
as a strong tool to share different opinions and ideas that how work should be
done. The diversified people in the group also have a lot of benefits such as
each member has its opinion and observations which enhance the knowledge of all
members of the group (Hanaysha and Jalal, Examining the effects of employee
empowerment, teamwork, and employee training on organizational commitment). Different theories,
strategies, and models according to employee cultivation and teamwork of
employees also discussed which enhanced the efficiency of the project about
Freeman automobile company.
The diversified people of the group
presented different and unique aspects in relation to the efficiency of
teamwork, the role and responsibility of leadership and managers in an
organization to enhance the efficiency of organizations. Furthermore, we
learned a lot of things from this group assignment not only related to the subject
but also different management aspects.
Equal
Contribution Policy of automobile company
During this teamwork all the members
assigned different activities as adopting equal contributing policy because the
task is assigned equally among all the members. Therefore, the contribution of
each member is equal without discrimination. However, the purpose of this
policy is to create an equal opportunity for all members of the group about
learning and skills which are important when diversified people are working in
a group. According to this policy, all members are achieved more chances of
learning about how situations are handled and which strategies enhance the
efficiency of management in an organization.
The role of this policy is helpful as it
reduced the chances of discrimination among diversified people which prevent
the project efficiency as providing equal chances of opportunities so that the
learning of all members about the project is completed in a friendly
environment. Moreover, the role of group leader was also significant as it
managed all the members as assigning tasks at an equal level and avoiding any
kind of disturbance among other members of the group.

the teamwork is an efficient and productive activity that enhance the
efficiency and development of organizations. The teamwork in Freeman automobile

adopted because it not only connected the people but also enhance the
