From quitting Mr. Mishra’s Mr. Col. Kalra was
benefited. Before the joining of Mr. Mishra’s Col. Kalra was the one who
handled everything in the plant. He was very close to the promotion,
unfortunately, Mr. Mishra joined the company. With the technical employees Mr.
Mishra conducted the open house session to understand their accusation; against
HR function among the employees, he found the high dissatisfaction against
autocratic behavior of Col. Kalra. Col. Kalra did not like the interference of
Mr. Mishra in the HR functions because of this against Mr. Mishra he started a
conspiracy. Mr. Col. Karla was the only person who got benefit from Mr.
Mishra’s quitting.
After that Col. Karla show his power to the supporters
of Mishra’s that he also has the approach to change the reporting of Mr.
Mishra. Moreover, Mr. col is not liked by the employees and they also don’t
like Mr. Mishra about the approaching behavior. To complain against Mr. Mishra
to supporter to influence the HODs this gave an opportunity to Col. Karla. The
Col. Karla knows that with the MD Mr. Mishra has an argument so it’s easy for
him to change the reporting of Mr. Mishra. On the very next day, MD called Mr.
Mishra to their office. After that Mr. Mishra decided this job is not suited
for him. Because of the wrong approach, Mr. Mishra has to change their job.
But, later, he joined another company with high post and high rank.
