Foxconn management is not
too much loyal with its employees. They only focus on performing high quality
work and products. But the main thing is that company is very much concern
about their product and its quality. They only follow their targets and missions
and want to earn high profitability ratio every years and also deal with high
reputation companies so their production sector is very much famous due to
their high quality product and their main focus is only generating profit or
money.

high quality product the main problem arises between their human resource
departments. They must be give special care to their employees, give them
facilities and benefits so they are willing to work with the organization. too
much strict rules and regulation make the employees uncomfortable and they want
to leave the company . Company has to
make manageable rules for the employees so they feel happy and relax instead of
committing suicide due to restrictions.
