                The name of the company is “AZ Auto Sales and Services”. The company is involved in automobile business, which has its further two functional parts; the first basic functional part of the company is to buy & sell new as well as used cars for all kind of customers, and second functional part of the company is providing repairing & relevant services for auto. The company buys used cars from individuals as well as dealers, and these are sold to individual customers as well as dealers & other companies. The current state of the business is that business is not performing as per expectations and its overall performance is going down with the passage of time, which is always a worrying sign for any business organization. Earlier the company was making good profits, but company is quickly losing its earned space in the business market, and if it continues like this, the future can be more vulnerable for the company in so many ways.

Needs Assessment of the Project Proposal for the Car Company

    It is important to talk about some of the problems faced by the company before describing the project proposal that what is going to be done in the future.

1. Problem: So, here are few problems currently faced by the company, which are incurring loss in so many ways and it is become hard for the company to stay in the competition:

        If company does not make any quick changes in the business, it can quickly lose its customer base as well as credibility in the market. The company has been good in the competition, and if things go like this, then they are on the verge of losing the competitive advantages as well
