Decision
making is very important in an organization. Managerial functions for example
organizing, planning, controlling, planning, cannot be conducted without the
decision making. Through decision making any policy or plan is established. And
the basic role of a leader in an organization is depicted as through the
execution plans achieve the goals. The role of the leader is also known about
the Vision of the Organization and how to acquire the strategy as well as that
is going to do that to achieve the goal of the company. As I am going to
describe here my own experience of resolving basic as well as complex problem.
The basic problem in an organization is the salary of the employee. The
employees said that their salary is less than their work. I resolve this issue by
increasing their salary and also increase work. As Complex problem is like that
organization face a fraud from the employee. To resolve this issue I fired that
employee from the company and give lesson to the other employees that not do
this same thing again in an organization (Al-Mudimigh & at.al, 2011).
We
take the national Bank of Saudi Arabia; there are the four most common problems
that facing in national bank. The first problem is that Banks are not making
enough money on investment, otherwise return on equity, which require by
shareholders. The other problem is expectation of consumer. This becomes the
big problem in Saudi that the staff is not providing the good services to the
consumers in regards to technology. The other problem in national bank of Saudi
Arabia is increasing competition through companies of financial technology.
Regulatory pressure is one of the large problems in Saudi national bank. To
improve the problems of Saudi bank they should constantly evaluate and enhance
the operations of the national bank (Nafei & at.al, 2012).
