presentation is going to discuss the Evaluation of the Training Program”. Let’s

The
military aircraft maintenance unit has started a training program, which is
going to be evaluated in this report. So, basically it is an evaluation report
of the training program, which will analyze the program to see its reliability
as well as validity. The training is provided to boost performance as per
organizational needs, so this evaluation report will look at training program
in a way to analyze its fulfillment and effectiveness for the organization.

Subject of Evaluation:
It
is important to know that there are total 700 employees working in this
organization, and their division is made in various groups such as supervisor, senior-level managers, executive managers
and the other employees. But for this evaluation report, the sample of only 50
employees was taken, but these 50 people were from both male & female
genders.
Reason
of Evaluation:
It is a fact that when something is being evaluated,
there must be some reason behind the evaluation. So, this evaluation report
also has few reasons behind it. For instance, it is being done to not only see
the effectiveness of training program, but to identify any issues and then
provide considerable suggestions for improvements. The stakeholders’ point of
view regarding the training program will also be obtained that what they think
about it.

Aim
of the Report:
A
training program may have various great aspects to consider, but there might be
few shortcomings as well. The primary aim of this report is to evaluate program
for identifying any shortcomings, so that organization can be provided a detailed
recommendation to deal with those problems. The training program is a complex
thing to implement and conflict may arise between employees, so aim of this
report is to ensure that statistical analysis is used accordingly to add
required elements, which can play their part in reducing the conflict level.

Background
It
is a fact that when an organization faces any issues regarding its work
processes or employees, then they have to arrange training & development
programs to deal with the issues. This current organization is facing the issue
of employee retention and it is happening due to bad behavior of first line
supervisors. So, the organization has arranged a 4 weeks training course for
supervisors to improve their behavior and leadership skills. But employees
still have been reporting issues from their supervisors. It was also observed
that even employees with disabilities are also facing various issues.

Aims
of the Program:
It
has been mentioned earlier that this evaluation program is being done to check
the effectiveness of current training program, and to take feedback from
stakeholders such as employees to see what they think about this training
program. Do they see it as an effective one or not. After analyzing it in
detail, this evaluation report will come up with suggestions to mitigate issues
in training and improve it to increase the productivity of employees. This
would really help the military unit to be more productive as compared to the
past performance.

Purpose
of the Evaluation
This
particular evaluation report is being prepared to identify strengths &
weaknesses of the current training program, so that future opportunities can be
identified. Moreover, the evaluation will engage with stakeholders such as
employees to get their viewpoint on training. If they think that it should be
continued in a current manner or any changes should be made to it. With their
feedback, the effectiveness and efficiency of this training program will be
measured so that improvement areas can be identified accordingly. So, this
evaluation is going to be a crucial one for the organization.

Alternative
Explanations for the Results:
The
purpose of mentioning these alternative explanations of the results is to show
that if variables are changed, then results may also change, because population
sample is changed, or questions asked from the participants are changed, then
it is more likely that results will be different as compared to any previous
results. Therefore, results taken from this evaluation cannot be generalized
for the whole population.

Strengths
and Weaknesses of Intervention:
After
evaluating the training program, the report found out that training program as
an intervention for the mentioned issues have shown few strengths as well as
weaknesses. For instance, strength for the training program was found that it
helped in improving the behavior of supervisor in so many ways. Moreover, with
the help of training program, the organization was able to keep things stable
as well as systematic. But few weaknesses were also found in the program like
results obtained have shown bias.

Impact
of Program on Certain Groups:
It
was mentioned earlier that evaluation report was going to engage with certain
groups of employees so that their feedback about training program can be
collected. The report found out that certain groups in the military unit did
not welcomed this training program as they were not satisfied with it. These
groups had a viewpoint that training program is not good enough to deliver the
results, which can be expected from such training program.

Major
Conclusions of the Evaluation:
It
is important to know that what conclusions have been made from this evaluation
report about the training program. The statistical results taken from employees
clearly showed that training program is not delivering to its full potential,
what it is expected to deliver for the organization. The results have also
shown that training program has to make major changes to improve its overall
performance; otherwise employees may keep facing issues from their supervisors.
The sample of the evaluation report was not appropriate so results cannot be
generalized, but if correct sample is taken from the population, then results
can be generalized for the whole population of the organization.

Surety
and Reliability of Conclusion:
The
findings made from the evaluation are reliable, and reason of this reliability
is that these have been supported by the statistical evidence. Moreover, results
with more surety can be taken by making adequate changes in the evaluation
report.
Future
Predictions Regarding the Program:
The
evaluation report found out that training program’s capacity was questionable
in terms of delivering desired results, because things were not looking as per
expectations. Therefore, the training program needs a major revision with major
changes in its strategy as well as various aspects, which are being held by the
training program.

Recommendations
Regarding Program:
These
are few considerable recommendations have been made for the training program
after its proper evaluation. The training program should make some changes by
adding the elements, which are helpful in reducing the conflict level between
employees and supervisors. The proper check and balance system is strongly
recommended because it will force employees and supervisors to show appropriate
and desired behavior with each other, otherwise they can be penalized for wrong
behavior. If organization will be able to make these considerable changes as
per given recommendations, then future training program can become more
effective and efficient with good results.
