            Afsarmanesh, Hamideh, (2008-2018): Afsarmanesh is great author and researcher that work many years for the business field.  His great efforts appear for the basic knowledge of the business as its roots, challenges that are faced by the business at small level, in long and short large collaboration of strategies with the business and its goals. So in short this author work for the basics of the business with utilizing new techniques and strategies for presenting the depth of business (AFSARMANESH and et.al).

            Matos & et.al (2013), this author work in collaboration as it provides detail information about collaborative network, ecosystem and business system and its functions collaboratively. He present his view in this regard that how the collaboration of working promote the business environment and how they business get more benefit from collaboration system through its environment. Actually this author give more focus on work with other systems and in a group collectively that give more benefit instead of doing a single person or a single system, provide benefit as compare to collaborative system (Matos and et.al).  

            Shadi & et.al (2013 ), this author explains the behavior of the organization in detail. with the advance techniques and technologies the organization level is going to be more advance and virtual organization concept going to introduce so this author explain the behavior of all employees and its processes in the virtual organization and also explain how they can get benefit through virtual organization because difference is present between virtual and other organization and also explain their working trends and techniques that use different employees and how their employees work successfully in such environment according to requirement and achievement of the organization.             Aguilar & et.al (2017), these authors give more attention on the autonomous cycle of the business and also explain what are the new technologies and tactics that are going to utilize in the business field. He explains how the technology enhances the working of the organization and also elaborates the integration processes and data analysis techniques that are used in the automation and how this will provide more benefit to the business. So autonomous cycle is providing benefit to the business in long terms and this author explains these points in most appropriate and it conduct his studies in this regard (Aguilar and et.al).

            Priego (2011), this author give great attention on the virtual organization because at his time period the study on the virtual organization is going to start so he give more attention on this topic and also explain all the elements of the virtual organization, it’s all elements, its challenges, all the business processes that are used in the virtual organization to getting best results and different techniques that are used by the organization with this it explain all the approaches used in the virtual organization according to requirement of the business and promote the working and revenue of the business (Priego).

             Malekan & et.al (2018), this author work with other authors and explain its concept on the business services and also collaboration of the process of business and its models. He gives great attention to the process and models used in the business at different level and how they will give better results to its users. This means that what sort of processes and models are going to used in the business and what technologies and techniques are beneficial for the organization according to its working requirements. Weakness of previous work and how it can be improved:

            Every author give their own opinion and their opinion is good to some extend but the thing is the business is a very major and large filed that include proper working and detail study required at every small step because it’s all steps can collectively generate the best results which is a big achievement for the business. Furthermore every organization has different setups and different way to perform its task so all the techniques and methods cannot be applicable to every organization. So these authors have great research work on different field of the business and give detail study on different parts of the business but they have to consider all the main issues that are face buy the business when they used the methods and techniques to these authors that they explain after just studying but not practically implemented. Because in practical   many things are going to change according to demand and requirement of the time and sometime the objective of the business also change due to these methodologies but authors must consider these changes and also study what effects appears after implementing these given techniques and processes and methods that they provide in their books or articles. First they have to implement in real life examples and then consider what the effects are and results occur after their implementation and try to use real life examples because in real life many things are going to be change and sometime many things can be alter according to demand of the product or service. Author give their research on some specific part of the business but the whole business is not an easy task to understand quickly because at every level many different circumstances are appear that are different from one organization to another. So it is not easy to implement the same techniques and follow the same instructions for every business because the nature and requirement of every business is different from others and the environment of the organization related to business is also very much different including its internal and external environment. so these authors must concern all type of business and also explain that their suggestions are best for what type of organizations and in what circumstances because actual usage is very much different from the verbal saying by the author and its also effects the results of the business. Due to the various complex along with the highly customized products which have the inclusion of the business services and it’s add the values for the products typically which require the Collaboration for the different stakeholder?  Facilitate the delivery as well as co-creation for the composites services.

            In different papers Shadi & et.al (2013 ), discussed about the agent behavior which is monitoring the virtual organization, and it has the emerging opportunity where the abilities of a single organization is increasingly the results of the formation of the virtual organization. Thus the virtual organization, the agents expose the various behaviours and in the case of the friction the interaction of the agents along with the co-working for the drastic results with the total failures of a virtual organization is followed (Roche and et.al).

Conclusion about previous works and proposal

            At the end of our discussion we can say that author works are very mush effective and useful but not for all business and not suitable for all type of circumstances (Malekan, Overview of Business Process Modeling Languages Supporting Enterprise Collaboration). Every business has its own specifications and requirements and all instructions are not applicable for every business so authors must study with real life examples and also concern that what type of business is fit with their given circumstances. Different research and study give very much benefit to business as new techniques and methods are going to introduce but the main issue arise when the differences are going to appear in the business according to their different nature and their different goals (Thom and et.al). The research study is very helpful for the business but authors or researchers also give more attention on their research and also utilize practical examples that helpful for the future business in actual meaning. So the authors or researchers explain in their books all the techniques, methods or processes or models that they realize better in using the business but sometime results are not too much favorable so they need to use all those that are applicable in real life and also give best results for future and going to be beneficial.
