             The top technology companies are famous due to their triumphs in a different era and they still make a huge amount of revenues. The diversified companies are not necessary to reflect any kind of shift in the technology but the use of technology in the business have a positive impact on the business. The iconic ranking of the companies is dependent on the use of technology and the implementation of a new state of art fundamental setups. The technology shift in the enterprises is related to the cloud-based business models that fall in the favor of different trends (Kark, Briggs and Tweardy). The successful companies such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon have high holdings of all trends in the business. There are four possible major shifts in the role of technology that can be identified as significant shifts and technology have enough role in the development of companies. The trusted operators and team members are connected to the business in the successful companies that maintain business operational excellence. In the past, the shift is evident from the primary function because of the technology strategies and the business concerns of different companies. The technology and business leaders in the organizations are working on the technology driving initiatives.  The key drivers have an impact on the trajectory of the business and develop a complete agenda for the business transformation. The strategic imperative is key business goals that increase operational expenses, profitability, earnings per shares, return on the investment, and revenues (Fischer and Thomas Froese). Most often a different organization used state-of-art technology to improve the working condition and business strategies. The main purpose of revolving technology is to focus on hand in hand collaboration with the business function. The growing demand with efficient delivery of low friction experience can be improved by considering the traditional projects. The technology team shift from a trusted operator towards the business co-creators delivers high-rank services. Different types of forces are shaping the future of work, the transition of Technology has a significant role to reshape the future of work in technology. The role of Business Technology in business strategy is to Transform the expected change in the delivery of service (Pais). Workforce Trends and global demographic trends use transformation in global talent markets. The struggling organizations are considering new technology disciplines that use sustainable work on information technology. In the future, these organizations will be separated through the technology by using directly controlled ideas of functional areas and transformation of the workplace. Business co-creation is another shift that is due to technology function and support of this function is provided by services, products, and drive growth experiences (Alberto).

2. Moving from Traditional IT to Technology of Future
a. What is the shift from project to the product?

            The use of Technology function is related to business co-creation shift from the supporting character towards the costar. The technology can drive Innovation, services, co-creation of products, and experiences for the driving growth. In such type of business, the level of collaboration among the technology function changes with services and products.  The value measurement and realization are other important factors for the business growth of struggling organizations. The product mindset can be applied for the traditional disciplines of Information Technology and different types of technology work can be viewed for the solution of business problems. Implementation of project application deliver functionality and result in the development of coherent product strategy. Due to the proper implementation of state of art Technology the customer perspective and Ecosystem improves. The whole process results in the product development process. The continuous delivery of Technology for the company results in first iterative delivery for the improved quality of products. b. Why are companies shifting from project to product?

            It is observed that many organizations are focusing to shift from project-based information technology towards the product-based delivery. These companies are focusing to overcome the obstacles and derived success in different business stakeholders. The information technology teams are moving from one project towards the next project with a fresh mindset and iterate the technology to develop different working in the environment. Mostly the medical device companies are developing product-centric delivery methods. The project-based funding, as well as planning, could lead to disconnect the information technology from the business vision.  By using the information technology, it is possible to track the business strategies and direction towards to overcome the challenges. 1. What characterizes a project

        Very often it is observed that industries and their projects encounter cost overruns, chronic delays, with the rigorous application of project management. In such type of conditions, it is important to change the external conditions with additional resource procurement.  The optimized project models are designed to decrease the longer delays by improving project performance.             The product model is based upon a quality statement of the product with different conditions of product acceptance and implementation. The end to end model can be used to derive a quality solution with sufficiently high product characteristics. It is important to use a primary product model for manufacturing quality and using different levels of realization and acceptance of the product. Mostly the companies are transforming their technology from project-based towards the product-based model. The main cause abusing product model is related to tolerance specification and variation. The product characteristics are the main element to define model-based product characteristics.
