I recently read an article about your residency program offered for the young doctors for pediatrician training. I have read about the initiatives and steps taken by the Flushing Hospital medical center to provide best healthcare practices to the community. As a resident and young doctor of the United States, I consider it my responsibility to participate in this residency program to support hospital staff in handling the high patient load.

I am passionate about pharmacy practices. I have worked with some local organizations to learn practical knowledge also before the completion of my doctorate in psychology. Because of my personal previous experience and in-depth understanding about psychology and pediatrician I am capable to work independently with minimal supervision. As a member of this residency program, I will ensure care about. Furthermore, I am also interested in scholar and researcher’s activities carried out on pediatrician topic. Excluding this research related attraction, another major reason for my interest in this residency program is the location of your organization. Your medical center is just near to my residence in the United States. Limited distance will make it possible for me to stay with my family also. Somehow, as a disciplined person, I will regularly come in time and spend additional hours at the workplace to collect extra knowledge and information from pediatrician training.
