United States. With the acquisition Amazon has earned the benefit as their
potential customers' equity is increased and as a result, their sales are
increasing rapidly. While the acquisition is also favorable for the Whole Foods
e-retailing company as because of the Amazon many people have started

company with Amazon largest retailing company (Haddon, 2018). Both companies have

Kroger has decided to expand their target market. Kroger will operate outside
the United States to attract new consumers for their products.
Operating in the
other market than the United States can help out the company to earn better in
the market as Amazon and Whole Foods are covering most of the market shares of
the company. But by changing the market there are more chances for success,
therefore, they are going to change the market or using market penetration
