Our scope of our project covers all social media activities
for the client company. All platforms of social media are covered Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram and more are included in our management. By using these
networks we are attempting to gather more social media exposure for the company
we are working for. Success will be measured by having meaningful social media interaction
with potential customers. Risks that may appear would be making posts and
getting no feedback back from other accounts we have contacted. The best way we
have to deal with this is have more accounts to talk to and to message and
comment with them instead. We cannot force people to engage with us so our best
bet is to spread out.
PART 3
Regarding deliverables to the client our main focus has been
getting started up, learning to understand the client we work for in this case
Canada Print and then posting for them on social media to help create more
brand awareness and recognition for them.
This was broken down by not only creating blogs every week
to help understand the type of areas we need to focus on when helping our
client but also learning about influencers how they work and what and when we
are supposed to say to them.
Ken our client helps us do this by slowly week by week
introducing us to different aspects of Canada print with the end goal in mind
of having us post through Canada Prints social media accounts.
Regarding
the tasks in our Microsoft Project Chart, All of the tasks were done equally by
each team member. (please refer to attached file in submission for our WBS
Chart.
Regarding research aspects, the main sources of research
came from searching famous influencers on social media. Influencers are
basically people or groups who have a large social media influence, someone who
has a lot of followers and who a lot of people “follow” on social media. These
influencers are then used to help promote Canada Print. Another end of research
we used was when we used to write weekly blogs. Each blog contained information
related to what our focus would be on that weeks meeting with Ken. This helped
us further develop and build our skills on what we need to know when trying to
contact other influencers so we can help promote Canada Print.
