            The James Rachel states the consequences of taking seriously to the cultural relativism, and it might be included in our incidence which cannot be able to judge the cultural standards of our cultures which are relevantly different from our perceptions. Furthermore, it could not be judge several other cultures as where the acts of the human are performed. This be can lead toward the damage, destruction or any types of the chaos within our society. Yes, I agree with the statements of the Rachel's which sib required the ethical parameters of the particular objective for maintaining the harmony within the organization. According to the consequences of James Rachel, there are few claims which are made by the cultural relativists:

The different moral codes are decided by various societies.

To judge the societal codes of the once, there are not any objective standards which makes it better than the other.

There is no special status for the moral code of our society, and it can be according to the once selected.

 It is also stated that there is not any universal truth in ethics and there cannot be moral truths which are holding for the all of peoples at all times.

It is determines by the moral codes of the society what is wrong or right in the society , If the certain action would be right according moral code of the society  than this action would be considered as the right thing at least within society.   

Try to judge the conduct of the other peoples is considered as the mere arrogance for us and the attitude of the tolerance must be adopted by us for the practices of many other cultures. 

The above given rules are consider as the six proposition for the consequences of the piece of the James Rachel and I am strongly agree with his six proposition (RACHELS, 1999).
