The memo aims to inform the sales representatives
of the organisation about the new rules
& regulations which the organisation
has established to ensure the safety of the merchandise. In light of the recent
events, the organisation has decided to come up with a new plan to safeguard the
products and maintain the profitability of the corporation.
Summary of Memorandum
Corporation
has decided to impose a penalty on those
sales representatives who fail to secure the merchandise in their vehicles. It
has been made mandatory for the sales
representatives to properly check their vehicle
and merchandise before they visit their clientele.
Company Rules & regulations for
securing Merchandises
In
recent months the organisation has severed
significant loss due to the stolen merchandises. Due to the decline in profit, the organisation
has decided to impose fine to those sales representatives who do not secure goods correctly in their vehicle. It has been
made compulsory for each sales representative to lock their vehicles properly before visiting their
clients. Furthermore, if the sales
representative thinks that he cannot safeguard the products by himself, then the corporation will assist a
guard that will take care of the goods.
It
has been made compulsory for the sales
representatives to make a proper list of merchandises so that a complete record
of the goods can be maintained and if
anything gets missing than it is the duty of the
representatives to immediately inform the management of the corporation
so that necessary action can be taken on
time. The new policy regarding the rules & regulations will be implemented from the next week.
I hope all the sales representatives will
understand the severity of the situation and will take proper care of the
goods.
