The problem is, you need money to use the facilities and get experience trainer that gym provided. Some people which might do not have enough budget for gym have to forget their desire to go there. Another problem is that, some people do have budget but they do not have extra time to go to gym. Since maintaining your health is a big matter, then you must figure out other alternative ways to keep your body fit. Well, no need to worry. There are certain exercises which will help you to keep your body fit and healthy with less cost, or even no cost at all.

·         Do short runs at morning

Make time to do short runs regularly at morning will keep your body fresh and fit to do your activities. This exercise requires no cost at all from you, instead, it requires your time only. So, make sure you wake up early and do 15-20 minutes run before going to work.
