are not good for your health, but there are other foods in the same

other baked sweets are not consider to be prohibited. However, these mouthwatering
stuffs are processed with included salt, ghoulish fats, added sugar, and also
sort out carbohydrates which are not good for your healthy diet.
Salt
Our body requires a
number amount of sodium from salt. However, high level of sodium will increase
your blood pressure and the risk of stroke as well as heart disease.
White carbohydrates
The foods that included
in this type are rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, and cakes. If you are on the
list of people who consume these type of foods daily, then you do not need to
worry, as there is a solution for you in this matter. You can search for the
same type of foods you like which using whole grain as a different ingredient
that suitable for your healthy diet. So, you can seek for whole grain pasta if
you love this type of food and still want to maintain your healthy diet as
well.
High-fat and processed meats
Processed meats such as
ham, pepperoni, bacon, hot dogs, etc. are consider as low level of healthy
compared with nuts, whole grains, fish, soy, and skinless chicken.
Now the question is,
should you avoid the prohibited foods above to get a successful healthy diet?
Well not really. You still can eat them but you also must know how to limit
your consuming. For example, you still could take ice cream or try out the
potato chips that sold out on the street once in a week. So, it does not mean
that you have to totally avoid to eat these prohibited foods for the rest of
your life. Healthy diet does not mean that you have to stop eating all the
