like running, swimming and jogging. Physical activities can make us happier by
reducing the feelings of anxiety and depression, exercise can help us lose
weight as it burns calories, it strengths our bones and muscles, it can reduce
the risk of chronic disease and it can help with our brain health and memory.

protecting our skin can also benefit our health. Skin exposure can lead to skin
cancer. Sunscreens and caps can be used to protect our skin from the harmful
rays of the sun. Cigarettes and alcohol consumption should be reduced. This can
protect from heart diseases and mouth, lung or throat cancer. A list of all the
medicines that you take should be made; no new medicines without a consultation
with the doctor should be started. It’s better to stay up to date with
vaccinations and shots in order to protect yourself from viruses. This can be
done by regularly visiting the doctor for checkups.
