The power of the mind is in
direct relation to the number of food drinks. There are several beneficial
reasons to take coffee in daily life. There are many coffee haters to be faced
in daily life but instead, it has several benefits. There are several health
benefits of coffee related to the human body. It increases the fiber you intake
and it gives protection against cirrhosis of the liver. It plays a part in
lowering associated risks of diabetes as well as lowering the risk of Alzheimer
disease. It helps in the reduction of depression. There are many reasons to
take coffee. There is considerable evidence which proves that coffee has
protection against Alzheimer disease and it reduces the formation of build-up
plaque in the body which is supposed to cause several further diseases. There are
also evidences that if there are daily 4 cups taken, it will reduce the effects
of depression by 20% (Lucas & Pan, 2011). There are also
evidences that the person with Parkinson disease is less used to take coffees.
Korean studies have shown that people who take more coffee are less likely to
have heart associated diseases (Ryu & Rampal, 2015). It is believed that
coffee prevents the development of MS. It leads to the prevention of
inflammation that can be the cause of many diseases. It can diminish cancer
rates by 26%. Risk of development of gout in man can be reduced by the daily
increase uptake of coffee (Choi & Curhan, 2012).
On the other
hand, sugar in our daily routine has several benefits to our body. It is the
main source of calories in the human body and tends to increase the energy
level in daily routine. Glucose uptake moves to the cells of the body where it
is converted into the energy form which can be used in various processes that
require energy for its proper functioning. If the glucose level is higher for a
long time it can cause the cells to become resistant against the natural
production of insulin. For reduction in a higher level of sugar in the human
body and lower level of insulin to maintain a healthy body, it is necessary to
take low amount or constant amount of sugar so that the human body stays
healthy. Now at that time, the world is consuming more sugar in the form of
beverages and drinks which can lead to a higher level of sugar in the human body
anda higher level of associated risk and diseases. Diseases like diabetes and
heart diseases are supposed to increase by increased uptake of sugar. The
recommendations by health care doctors are to use less sweetened drinks for
maintaining a healthy life as a lot of risks are associated with high intake of
sugar such as obesity because of increased cholesterol level and a number of
diseases by obesity such as heart problems and high blood pressure problems. Too
much added sugar can be a serious threat to human body health (Men, 2017).
If a consumer
consumes a moderate amount of sugar, it can be all right but if he takes much
amount of sugar than it can be harmful to the human body. It is added in a lot
of products now a day for flavor or to extend the shelf life of products. Sugar
is having serious health impacts as said by many of the doctors. They recommend
consuming less or moderating sugar so that it can reduce dangerous effects on
the health of the human body. As the coffee has more beneficial effects on
health than consuming sugar. It activates the mind of the human body and makes
it more active to perform its activities than sugar. Caffeine in coffee is
always associated to increase the activity rates. In many studies, coffee is
having prolonged effects of activity and no muscle pain after doing exercise.
There is improved effectiveness of activity in the morning. As in the morning,
human beings are supposed to do exercise, so if they take coffee in the morning
then after exercise, there will be less pain to their muscles. While on the
other hand Pepsi or other beverages are asked to control in the morning as they
are long chains of carbohydrates and have a negative influence on the human
body especially the to the people who are already obsessed and heart patients.
The exercise cannot be taken efficiently by a high level of sugar in the morning
as it can have a negative influence on blood pressure leading to high blood pressure.
There is a need for an energetic boost in the morning that can be given by
intake of coffee to the body.
Some of the
people used to take tea in the morning or juices in the morning which are
considered as high intake of sugar that cannot lead to an active day. There is a
need to a boost in the morning that can influence the human body to perform all
daily activities in a better and energetic way. If sugar is totally cut off
from diet than it can be of course harmful to the body so to fulfill its basic
requirement in the human body and to meet calories rate in human body sugar
must be taken by the body but not in the morning. It can be taken in the day
time for meeting energy requirements that are in concern with the uptake of
carbohydrates. Most of the obese people avoid using sugar in all of their diets
because they already have a high amount of calories in their body. Our body is
the only place we have to live so there must be consideration of all beneficial
and harmful impacts in the human body.
