In this lab report the discussion is about the information of the bioinformatics. And in this the detailed discussion for the instruction of using the UCSC genome of a bioinformatics for websites tools. This report is divided into the various section for the major tools that is available on websites. In every section the discussion of question is about the tool (Zweig & et.al, 2008). To solve the real problem then use the UCSC Genome bioinformatics website tools as discussed in the given video.

There are the following major tools that is discussed in this lab report/ and in the five video;

·         Basics of Genome Browser (GB) -gene structure, annotation tracks, graphical views

·         Custom tracks- that is displaying your data in conjunction by existing   browser data

·         BLAT-by the references of the genomic assembly in the aligning of the DNA sequences

·         Table Browser – Download along with the bulk data manipulation , among the data sets the joins as well as intersect is available
