chromosome. At last in the bottom of the page as in figure 1, the track control

about the forward primer and the reverse primer that is display on the BLAT
search result on web page. If the view is selected as the hyperlinks then you
will see the links for every results. By the BLAT results the link of browser
take the GB that is aligned with the other tracks in an image.in the below results
of the forward primer along with the reverse primer is shown the base by base
for alignment of sequence in underlying of the GB.
