Our team only had three people in
our group which had both benefits and challenges. The team consisted of Nathan Kleiner,
Muhammad Soruji, and Cameron Collie. On
the one hand, it was easier to make decisions because we did not have as many
people trying to pull the company in different directions, but on the other, we
did not have one person for every department or product. The normal process for team making decisions was
that Nathan Kleiner would calculate the projected sales, and then the team
would meet and transform the products together then we would discuss how to set
things such as prices and budgets calculating how we thought the markets would
transform based on all the competitors decisions. Next, Nathan Kleiner would
look at how much money the company needed for its projected operations and use
that to decide how to finance these decisions.
If there were any differing opinions on what the company needed to do, the
majority ruled. The team overall agreed
on most things, which can attributed to it consisting of only three people. There
were no real incidents where there were extremely differing opinions.
