Abstract of hypotheses

In this lab report we are going to testing hypotheses regarding to the evolutionary ancestry of different mammals of marine. In this lab there are two part of this experiment. In the part A explore the relationship of marine mammals and compare this with the evolutionary relationship of land mammals. For this we selected the two marine mammals and two land mammals. First we collect the sequence data for the hemoglobin protein by using the GenBank. This s the largest database where the DNA and protein sequence database are found. After collecting all the data related to both mammals than made the FASTA file and in the second part of this report we made the radiogram in this we just compare the marine mammal’s protein with the land mammals.
