SLA objective is to make
sure the appropriate commitment and element are to deliver reliable services at
right place and delivery from the customer(s) by the services providers.
Attainment of mutual
agreement among the customer and service provider to providing the IT services
by Tampa Bay Office is the key purpose of SLA agreement.
There are several other
objectives to develop this SLA these are;
To
match the actual service support & delivery with the perceived and expected
provision of services.
To
offer clear reference for accountability, service ownership and responsibilities
and roles.
For
the customer to present measureable, clear and concise descriptions of the
services in effective manners.
