In
all over the world, in every field, the participation of females with males are
going to increase as they are now joining in every field that was only
specified for men. More awareness is going to be develop in people with the
passage of time. Now families give more attention on the study of girls and
also offer them to do some job according to their selected field. In many
countries, the ratio is going to increase in the business field of women as
compare to women. Women are also considering as multi-talented because they
maintain their houses and with this, they also select a proper field to make
their carrier.
But
this is a sad part of life that women have to face many problems in every field
of life. They have to suffer more competition and poor behaviors of people as
compare to men. Many awareness lectures given in different universities and
also in offices about the behavior with women and provide awareness about their
actual rights.
The
most recent #me-too movement is also run in all over the worlds that promote
the rights of women and focus on their life problems and bad behavior of others
that didn’t support and appreciate the work and presence of women in positive
way. Women also have right to take better decision related to their life
instead of others. She scarifies everything for her family at every phase of
life. She didn’t avail all the opportunities that are given to men in our
society. People are tried to move back all the women in every field.
Because
gender equality is still missing in many areas of life and people give more
priority to men instead of women. Women also have to face harassment behavior
from their families and some in their work places. If any women stand in
executive post in any organization, still people try to demotivate their role
and its performance. Many different movements run all across the world that
support the rights of women and give them proper importance. In many countries,
there are a high number of labour female are present as compare to male. (leanin.org, 2019)
In
the given chart the women labour force participation is going to present in the
U.S. from 1955 to 2005. It shows that all women who are married, single,
divorced are work in different fields. They are very hardworking and, in all fields,
they work with the men at equal level.
In
many different countries, the participation of men in different labour markets is
more than women. The age of labour force participation including women going to
increase as compare to last century. There is more increase shown in the labour
force of female with the male participants. The participation of female labor
force is more in some richest and poorest countries all around the world. And
all those countries that have lower average income many has lower ratio.
Now
in many businesses, a high ratio of women is going to participate as compare to
women because now women also get high education and get more experience just
like males. They are now going to work
at senior level with the labour force and also appoint at highest posts as they
have lot of abilities to work in offices like men. The long lasting success of
the system in social life’s is become important only because of involvement of
women in the system. Women have been earning more bachelor’s degrees than men
for more than 30 years. The rates on which men are working they are also
demanding the same because they use to work on same level like men. (Summer.harvard.edu, 2018)
And
staying at workforce are also demanded by women on same budget offered to men. Decision
actions are now more considerably taken by companies now a day. Accountable for
results, by holding of leaders of the targets that set by them, on having
priority on treating better in gender diversity. Most often overlooked women
especially early in the pipeline, in hiring and promotions it requires closing
of gender gaps. To feel safe and supported at the work place especially of
women is very important and for that it’s time to take bolder steps in terms of
creating respectful and inclusive culture at workplaces. Particularly women of color
remain underrepresented in almost every organization.
A
survey has been taken among 279 companies in which more than 19.6 million
people are working. It should be improved by improving the hiring procedure on
top levels and as well as by teaching the employees that who they should behave
while working to women. The diversity of race and gender should be improved in organizations
so that it will make women more comfortable and more convenient to work. Women
should be given equaling promotions as like men are being given so that they
can also be courage to earn more by working more delicately in their work
places. (Krivkovich, 2018)
This fact is to be accepted by all the work
places that without women power they cannot be able to get success and as well
as some ideas of women are so unique that they cannot be completed without
their involvement as every work cannot be done by men. Hence women should be
given equal rights and respect in work places so that everything will be great.
