            In the last few decades, Asian countries have experienced economic growth. The economy of the countries like China, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and India have grown significantly over the years, and in the upcoming years, further growth in the economy is expected. In the growth of the economy, businesses play a key role. Not only businesses provide employment opportunities to the people of the country but also responsible for increasing the standard of living of the people in many ways. The organizations experience growth when their employees are satisfied and motivated. That is why many corporations pay special attention to the motivation & work satisfaction of their employees; however, in different parts of the worlds, the factors which motivate or increases work satisfaction are different.

            The aim of this study is to investigate work satisfaction & motivation for the 21st Century Asian Administrative Environment. The research will focus on Asian work environment and explore the factors which motivate the employees in Asia. Asian Continent consists of many countries which have different cultures, traditions, believes and norms. These traditions and cultures have a significant impact on how employees get motivated and satisfied with their job. In other words, it can be said that the things which motivate the individuals of European countries might not motivate the individuals who belong to Asian countries. That is why it is important to know which factors increase the motivation and work satisfaction of the employees in Asian countries.

            This research will be performing with the perspective of 21st-century Asian administrative environment. Different countries have their own rules & regulations through which they control and administer different things. This study will provide the ways regarding how employees in various institutions or organizations can be satisfied & motivated in the administrative environment of Asia. Not only will the research provide information about the factors which motivate employees in Asia bit will also help Asian organization to improve their performance, efficiency and overall profitability.

            This research is focusing on the Asian countries which are experiencing economic growth in recent years. It is highly important to know how organizations can provide better facilities for their employees. The employees are the backbone of the organization and because they are the one who makes an organization a success. Without employees, no organization can achieve its goals. Therefore it is important to get deep insights about the factors which motivate and satisfy the employee at work.

            The thing which makes this study highly significant is that it is exploring the work motivation in the perspective of Asian administrative Environment.  With this study, people will able to find out about the factors which motivate employees in the Asian country. The study not only explores the factors of motivation but will also provide a recommendation regarding the things that should be done in Asian administrative environment for increasing the satisfaction of the employees. In simple words, the study will explore the administrative environment of Asian countries and then suggest the ways through which employees’ satisfaction can be enhanced.

            The significance of the study can be understood from the fact that employees’ motivation increases the performance and efficiency of the businesses. When businesses grow the overall economy of the country experience growth. The Asian countries have a lot of potential and such studies can help the industrialists or businesses men to improve their working environment. Although there are many studies, which have focused on the employee motivation and work satisfaction but still there is a need to further investigate the employee motivation in the perspective of Asian administrative environment of the 21st century.

            The main objective of the research is to explore the 21st-century Asian administrative environment. It is obvious that the administrative environment of different regions of the world is different, which means that it will impact the workers and employees in different ways as well. Therefore the objective of this study is to know how the employees get motivated in the Asian administrative environment and what things should be done through which employees’ satisfaction can increase. In order to improve the working environment of organizations in Asia, there is a need to investigate the factors which can contribute toward motivation. The key objectives of this research study are mention as follows:

To provide new ways through which an organization can increase employee satisfaction in the 21st century.

Scope of the Study of Proposal Work Satisfaction and Motivation for the 21st Century Asian Administrative Environment

            This study has a vast scope because not only it is investigating the factors which motivate the employees in the Asian administrative environment but also provide ways through which organization can motivate and satisfy their employees in the 21st century. The study is focused on Asian countries and their administrative environment. From this study, the organization, economists and even the general public can get a significant amount of information. However, the study has limitations as well because the study is focusing on Asian countries only. The limitation of the study has no impact on the validity and reliability of the research. The future researchers can utilize this study for further investigation or for reducing the research gap.
