Chapter 3: Research Methodology on Research Proposal Work Satisfaction and Motivation for the 21st Century Asian Administrative Environment Research Design

         The qualitative research design will be used for gathering the information. The information for the research will be gathered using both primary and secondary approaches. Through this vast amount of data can be gathered for the study. The primary data will be gathered using the survey and interview method. The secondary data will be gathered through an extensive literature review. The extensive literature review helps the researcher to find out what other researchers have contributed and where the research gap lies.

Data Collection methods on Research Proposal Work Satisfaction and Motivation for the 21st Century Asian Administrative Environment

          As discussed earlier, both primary and secondary research approach will be used for collecting the data. In primary data, collection survey will be performed. The sample size of 200 employees will be taken using the simple random sampling approach. The data will be collected from the employees who work in different Asian corporations. Other than the survey interview will also be conducted by the employees to know regarding the factors that enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.

          The questionnaires will be developed for performing the survey. In the questionnaire, different questions will be asked from the employees about how they feel about their job and how the policies of their administration affect them. the interviewer, on the other hand, will ask random questions from the employees to know about the employee's satisfaction in the Asian region and how it differs from the other parts of the world.

            After collecting the data, the data will be analyzed for knowing its validity and reliability. There are different ways through which the data can be analyzed. For instant techniques like Mean, standard deviation, Regression analysis etc. can be utilized for knowing the validity of the data. The accuracy of the data is highly important because the results of the study based on the data. If the data is not going to valid than the results of the study will not be accurate, and the whole study will lose its credibility. Therefore data analysis is considered among the most important phase of the research.
