At the end of the study, the
research study will provide e conclusion and recommendations. The study will
summarize what it has found through the research. Along with summarizing the findings,
the study will provide a recommendation regarding how employee motivation can
be increased in the Asian administrative environment. Various ways will be recommended
to the Asian corporation through which work satisfaction can be enhanced. It is
obvious that work satisfaction and employee motivation has huge significance for
the organizations and without employees motivation, the organization cannot
achieve their desired goals because the overall performance of the employees
get affected if they are not motivated.
