There is a conflict in values of one’s ethics might be
faced they culture-related clashes by us at with the workplace ethics or
workplace standards if we observe some cultures of some countries to know about
the restrictions on the women’s opportunities, usage of child labours in
organizations or several companies, that could be pervasive in some countries.
I observe many unethical things are acceptable in some countries such as Asian
countries and in these countries some people have awareness about workplace
ethics, but they cannot stop them as themselves. Organisations do develop
standards or workplace ethics for its employees, but some of the organisations
don’t follow the rules and standards they developed for everyone. They also
develop the committees, ethical offices and some of the employee care centres
in the workplaces. The cultural ethics of the company could also be developed
and trained by the organisations. The organisation requires an environment
where employees of the company can perform that kind of ethics and comply with
standards.
The regular audits or the evolution of the standard of the
ethics can also be conducted by the proposed organisation as well as organisations
could also handle the basic management tasks, its staff, related staff
standards and any other standards which are associated with the proposed organisation.
In short and very simple words, the organisation can also audit the developed
standards, workplace ethics, staff management, its contractors, suppliers and
wholesalers, distributors, stakeholders, shareholders and other related persons
who are the part of the organisation (Brookfield).
The organisations also develop the culture and train their
staff in the manners of how they have to work in this environment and case of
any problem what they have to do and how they fix that kind of issue and
overcome from that. After getting the training, they can handle all those
issues and problems those are the big barriers in the development and work or
can damage the developed workplace ethics and its related standards.
Corporate social responsibility is a process of
self-regulation in for any organisation or the company. It can run the business
of the organisation in the manners of social media acceptance. But organisations
have to understand that they can use the corporate social responsibility
technique for their businesses and must follow the ethics, and it must be
legal. The corporate social responsibility can extend the business whether it
is on a corporate level or it is about any specific sector including the
currently active social practices in the government level, but it is not for
the profit organisations.
Simply it refers to the ethical operating standards and the
other managerial approaches which can be applied by the management in the
organisation in an irrespective way. Employees of the corporation are also
being extended by CSR (corporate social responsibility) to the other
stakeholders, and CSR searches the strong and profitable relationship between
the broader community and the organisation or the businesses or corporation or
any the small company (Kapteyn.).
