In every business organisation, the
internal and external factors have their effects, and these effects also show
their signs on the organisation and its system. So the internal and external
factors also have some link with each other so that the working is the organisation
can happen with all management and balance all the factors that can help to
make the system of the organisation smooth and effective. Different authors
have a different opinion about internal and external factors. The internal
factors include globalisation that means that organisation can run its business
beyond boundary limits, economics that means that every country have different
economic policies and rules and regulation and that must be followed by the
organisation who work in the country.
Moreover, economy also affect the
profitability ratio because different laws and regulations create boundaries
for the organization , technology that
means that organization use different technologies according to its requirement
and that technology will be updated according to requirement of the
organization, and the last factor is environment that means the environment of the
organization is completely different from its country, and if it works at
global level then it has very different environment for all its employees.
There are also internal factors that affect the business and society in
multiple direction that are workplace diversity which means that different
challenges are provided to complete their work , employee rights and
responsibilities which is the organization’s internal affair that handle by the
management, consumer protection that provided by the organization through
providing them high quality product and with providing them a complete
trustworthy product, governance and corporate citizenship which means that
every living person has complete rights and regarding organization every person
can get their rights (Dietz.) .
Business and society
will influence these two different factors because these are interrelations
with each other, and they affect the business and society is any different
directions. It means the globalisation affect the rights and responsibilities
of employees because, in every country, the rights and responsibilities are
different so the organisation must up to date with the news and changes
regulations at a global level. The accounting policies are different in every
country, the tax rate, interest rate and many other rules that are
internationally set and affect the performance of the organisation.
Technology also
affects consumer protection in such a way that proper feedback now gathers from
the customer to know about their view related to product and performance of the
organisation. The environment of the organisation should enhance the work
diversity in such a way that I can absorb different employees who belong to a
different culture and make the environment of the organisation more
challenging. The corporate citizenship is going to be an important part of
globalisation because people who belong to different countries are going to
start work at the same place and they want complete rights related to their
life and their basic needs. So we can say that the external factors and
internal factors of business and society are interlink with each other and also
affect each other performance.
