The evaluation of
strategy in a Strategic Management is a final stage. Evaluation of Strategy is
basic means of information obtaining. In a stage of changing a CEO following of
the problems occurs in organization which makes difficult to predict accuracy
in the future because it all depends on a main point: Nature of implementing
the strategy.
A successful
strategy formulation does not means to be a guaranteed successful
implementation of strategy, it depends on the nature of implementation of
strategy which depends on the nature of CEO.
If the CEO
changed, the nature of implementation also changes because of different nature.
Strategy implementation required a special leadership and motivational skills
along with strong collaboration among several people. Many of the decision are
made on the basis of staff’s nature and the coordination among them. A
communication gap occurs between CEO and the staff under it because of change
in nature. Because in an organization, formulation and implementation should be
focuses as well as on efficiency and effectiveness also that’s why in some
situations and organization loses their efficiency due to dissimilarity of
Strategy Implementation’s Nature. In result, which becomes the great difficult
reason of strategy evaluation (Sekhar, 2009).
Solution
The best solution
to tackle this problem is that in an organization, a CEO should be hired for
long terms of contract by board of directors and if a CEO changes in a future
then a similar natured of CEO should be hired, who should be nearer to the
nature of staff. His strategy should be matches with the flow of implementation
of staff.
