For completing this work, it
can be seen that there are more than two-third projects that are unable to meet
the requirements and the result is that they faced financial distress. These
projects faced a lot of problems and become an issue for the organization. The
main aim of this work is to make research for generating new changes to solve
different problems in the project. This can be done by using the actual state
of managing different problems that are required for investigation. Then
according to these results, different improvements can be seen for dealing with
these projects in a proper way.
The main aim of this research
is to identify different complications enablers in the current processes of the
project. The basic work is that examine the influence of complications that are
applied on the project management and then according to this investigate
different areas where this complication is involved in affecting the current
progress of the project. According to the findings, Tuckman model is adjusted according
to the current standards of the project management and is used as a base of
managing complicated project. The model is analyzed in detail for dealing with
the complication of the project. Moreover, some other standards are also
analyzed for checking their progress and their effectiveness. Through this analysis,
it will become extremely easy to identify the missing component. For the
inexperienced project managers, there is a recommendation for them that they
must have to analyze the standards of project management.
For completing this research,
an interview approach was taken. The interview was taken with one of the
project management experts. The interview was also taken with other project
managers. Then after this interview, PMI standard was selected. The reason is
that this method is used widely by different project managers.
