In the project, the
complication influences are going to be analysed through the following
questions (the same number of questions are also given in the last section
related to the project):

The enablers of complications
are going to be analysed through this section. The project management
encounters type and amount of enablers. A ranking was given to the participants
that they gave to their projects by highlighting the degree of complications.
Further, it was discussed that the majority of participants ranked by the
complication of the project must be identified in details. The participants
generally identified the methods that deal with the complicated project by
questioning in a different way. Identified enablers and preferred handling
method were correlated with different categorizations of projects that also
helped in identifying different effective relationships between answers of the
participants according to their handling of complication. Based on their
individual experience, for complication enablers, the participants chose the
top items. Five different enablers were in the mean as the participants named
them. The participants are going to select the most important ones to form the
offered bundle of enablers of complication like changes in the organization,
work division, the process of communication, stakeholder, and requirements of
customers.
It is commonly observed that
participants normally select the same top enablers in the research that have
been concurrently named. At a very early stage of the project, the top three
enablers are linked closely with each other. All stakeholders are going to be
involved in the project in the good process of communication. Clearly consider
the requirements of the customers. In the mind of the project manager, these
items mentioned must be present always. The project complication will not be
explored in front of others. But in initializing, planning, executing, and
closing a project, the other enablers must give them respect in this regard. Some
participants also mentioned some other enablers like incompatible system,
cultural diversity, change in time schedule, regulations, technical diversity,
project organization, and external and internal interfaces. Mostly, these
enablers of complications occur in special events but do not mean that they
have less importance.
The ranking of the degree of
complication related to participants for the project according to the scale of
qualitative start from 1=low and 5=high in the project management. Above the
median with 3.3, hey started a degree above this. There are many participants
who related their project with the medium complicated as light complicated
correlating up to level 4 and medium correlated to level 3. Highly complicated
project is very rare to state and low complication projects almost do not
exist.
In literature, scientists
recommend different suggestions for dealing with complication to reduce and
control it in an effective manner. In the research, many project managers utilize
this approach and in the market, they obtain many different advantages. To
control complications, the majority of people are going to try and spend their
efforts. There are very few project managers who try to eliminate the
complication of the project but some are trying to eliminate the complication
of the project by using different methods and techniques. But there are also
some project managers who are not successful in managing the complications of
the project. The discussion about complication shows that handling of
complication depends on the practice in the project and also experience
required to sort this issue. In the literature review, the practice is the
confirming statement. It focuses on methods that deal with the complication in
a most effective manner in the project management and also inspire such
methods. In the project, there is no relation between the degrees of
complications. And there are normally three ways of dealing with complications
which include control, reduce, eliminate or not at all.
